GAISTER strives for a collaborative approach that transcends the different experiences, languages, and musical backgrounds of the three musicians, creating a unique fusion of sound, voice, and words that is driven by musical dexterity, open-eared improvisation and conceptual rigour.
Conceived as a series of movements following the disposition to be ‘in a state of listening’, GAISTER's debut self-titled album was recorded at Greenhouse Studios in Reykjavík, and is scheduled for release in Spring 2024.
